Yeah, sure. Not sure what the physics are on your planet but on earth you can cook oats in 3:30 minutes in the microwave, don't have to be steel cut, not much if any nutritional difference. Throw in some frozen organic blueberries from CostCo, don't even need to thaw them because the heat from the oatmeal will take care of that. But sure, eat dessert full of poison for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, just don't ask me to pay your medical bills.

I assume you're referring to fruit, which has the fructose locked in a matrix so your body has to break it down over time, not like the instant absorption of processed sugar into things like fruit juice, corn syrup, etc. You appear to just want to be ignorant about how things actually work, which is fine, and I don't care if you are or want to be a diabetic, but there are some that might actually care about their health, and may not want to end up having to inject themselves with insulin multiple times a day, or even wearing a pump that does it for them throughout the day once the injections lose effectiveness.

No, did you read his comment? "Processed candy", isn't all candy processed and unnatural. Especially you Mr. Grape nuts, surely you are aware, right? Candy is crap.

As for you and others (like myself) worrying about diabetes, you probably shouldn't eat all this processed crap no matter what.

No, I actually read his comment which says, "As opposed to the natural candy that grows on trees…", i.e. fruit. Sugar doesn't grow on trees, there's sugar cane and sugar beets, the two most common sources. Or there's processed corn, i.e. corn syrup, etc. I've heard people throughout my life call fruit "nature's candy." If you were honest, you would admit you have too.
Don't forget to order the Lucky Charms and Cocoa Puffs. They're on sale.
