I don't buy glass on Amazon anymore. They dont pack even remotely good enough to get things without breaking

Amazon refunds you instantly and lets you keep the item. A few times. After you've had more than a handful of damaged items (over a period of time, even for long standing accounts with many monthly purchases) they "cut you off" and say they can't help you. You can go through live chat and hope your account doesn't get permanently banned for abuse, but when it's a $2 jar of salsa I don't even bother anymore and that's the issue I have with these small items. It's not always as easy as a quick refund
