Anyone with experience with this? I need to change the rear brakes on a 21 Outback. Would this release the EPB? I know it's not necessarily needed, but it seems like it will make it easier. Thanks!

Be careful with that electronic parking brake. I had somebody do mine and didn't set it correctly $2,800 at the dealer to get repaired plus a tow because the wheel locked

I swapped both EPB actuators and calipers for less than $300, pays to do things yourself.
