Bodybuilder for 10+ years here. In general when it comes to supplements, anything in addition to basic creatine monohydrate is superfluous. You can get more efficient doses of electrolytes in a sugar free gatorade/powerade in which you can mix unflavored creatine. The buyer interested in this product expects to "save" time and "simplify" their supplements (think: why buy creatine and an electrolyte drink when I can get both in one). The reality is that they end up paying more for less (in terms of cost per serving).
What I do myself and recommend to my clients is to stick to the cheapest unflavored creatine monohydrate that you like. You'll save money and you're probably already taking some pre-workout drink/powder that already has loads of other supplements (including electrolytes).

Very interesting product. I've not seen creatine with added electrolytes before. Does anyone have experience with this product?I usually take 5g unflavored creatine with a chocolate protein shake, so I'd have to take this separately. Would taking 10g creatine daily be too much? From what I've read it's likely not going to create any problems, but might not have any benefits either. Would love to hear people's experiences with this product or with taking over 5g daily.

I take 10g per day. There is some research out that suggest 10-15gms (or higher) can be good for cognitive health.

Pretty much take as much as your body allows before it starts clearing you out. I take 20mg a day, 10mg w/coffee in the AM and 10mg more with carbs later on. Carbs with creatine help it absorb the slightest amount so that's why I split the dose.

New research is showing that higher doses might show better cognitive benefits. Nothing on the strength side though past 5g. Not going to hurt you

Interesting. I typically stick to a low-carb or keto diet, so I try not to consume very many carbs.
What do you mean by "it starts clearing you out"? I've not tried upping my regular dose yet, but I've never had issues with it before, so I doubt adding some more would hurt.

Thanks for the advice. How much creatine do you recommend per day? I lift weights and get some form of cardio in each day, but I'm not looking to be a body builder - just trying to build more muscle while cutting some fat.

Another 10-20g/day creatine SD'er here. No negative side effects. I'd like to think it helps my workouts and cognitive function. Especially when I'm not getting enough sleep.
