Have this unit from about 18 months ago, bought new and have used it ~3x week. Still going strong, works well based on our experience (family of 3, 2yo). You will need to pick up things off the floor or this will suck them up and turn off.

bought the same gen1 unit a few months back for around the same price as a refurbished and didn't expect much from it. haven't given me a single issue yet and it's been seamless configuring floor types and everything. i would buy again had i not just bought a couple of those cheapo irobot ones from woot a few weeks back.

Love my gen 1. Have had it for 18 months. Usage stats in the app show if had 483 cleaning events, 16,285 minutes of cleaning time, and 113,960 sq ft of floor cleaned.

I run it A LOT since we have two kids under 3yr old. I use home assistant for scheduling. Full home cleaning only when no one is home. And an eco mode (quiet) midnight cleaning for the babies high chair and toddlers seat in the kitchen.

Every morning I smile as I walk barefoot across clean floors!

anyone bought this seller refurbished? what's the difference between seller refurbished and certified refurbished? We bought the certified refurbished one couple months back @249 and it was technically a brand new unit. We are very happy with it.

Seller Refurb is used (most likely) and comes with 1 yr warranty. Certified Refurb is better.

I dont understand the difference as both of these are from dreame official store.

Also, can these be returned if I'm not satisfied with it?
