I could get the 5 characters to create earlier, not all popped up points(+100) but only got one can scan chance through what looked like a different page of the promo which I have a can and scanned it for points.
My quote there:
I did the 5 create a characters, redeemed entries for 2 prizes the AMC bundle and $25 Disney and only once did it go to a page "somehow" after making a hologram of myself to scan a can I have, Darth Maul.
But when I go back to the dashboard there is not a scan can only option just the create hologram option again.

On the the dashboard that shows the characters to collect section that are on the cans/bottles there is not a scan a can/bottle click for +300 points. You can only keep going through the Hologram Character Creator Face Scan to do a scan, then you put that image on a surface at home and tap to make it appear, then after showing the character again with your face on it a second time on a black background with a "home" icon at the top that if you tap just loops back to character creator home screen.

I tried an old Samsung Galaxy(funny it's a Star Wars promo) A7 Lite tablet that reads on C0KE-com as a mobile phone somehow and everything appeared correctly to scan a can/bottle, see my collection and gain those points.
iPhone collection area does not show the scan click, or all tabs/functions correctly.
Just scanning my face with it is a problem with the tablet, I got it to work only twice unlike the iPhone 12 working easily but it's a clunky slow device in comparison.

I've seen this before in C0KE promo rules years ago embedded in rules. It basically without saying straight out imho Apple devices may not work correctly for the promo to enter/do tasks correctly.
I have to bookmark the dashboard pages on each device to try to get it to go to my wallet but on iPhone which works not so much.
The android tablet is slower but displays the dashboard with wallet, prizes, collection and etc but more often it let's me see the dashboard to scan cans/bottles, redeem and etc.
On iPhone I have to keep clicking saved bookmark links to get those pages, if it does not work many times I have to create a character again and it might display the dashboard.
