Amazing deal for this screwdriver set. I got both this one and the 3.7V electric one (https://www.amazon.com/Fanttik-Sc...B0BGWRWRX2) last Black Friday and returned the electric one. Even at full charge it didn't have the torque to undo screws holding a laptop together and I was just using it as a manual screw driver. This one though is solid and feels great in the hand.

Yah the electric is dumb, the h and l doesnt even do anything at all. For $15 aliexpress maybe, but anything more its kind a toy. I use a full size Panasonic driver from 20 years ago and it is delicate enough for even samsung phones.

Not really sure why you need a weak motor electronic precision screw driver. Thanks for the post. But you can get a similar decent one off of Temu for $3.

nice deal, thanks!

It seems like for precision work the tactile feedback of a manual would always be better than electric anyway.
My full-size fanttik is OK, but I don't like the way it has a single speed and the activation button is too far from the tip of the screwdriver.

I mean, generally speaking it's a good idea to get it started by hand and THEN use the motor to speed things up and avoid all the manual/tedious hand motion of loosening or tightening a long screw..
It's a precision screwdriver... if they made it too torquey, people would probably complain that it strips fasteners easily. Can't please everyone.

At any rate, I'm in for one of these. $10 seems pretty reasonable these days for a precision screwdriver set in a tidy package, with this broad of a selection of bits, especially one that appears to not be the typical cheapest bottom-of-the-barrel Amazon/Temu/Aliexpress crap you can find.

The newer version is $3 more surprised you went for the older one.

You manually loosen and tighten and use the electric for 90% of removal and fastening.

If you're doing a lot of screws it adds up and can fatigue your wrists, especially if someone is older or has arthritis for example.

I still prefer manual but I see the benefit of electric for some people, for some applications.
