I've found that they're on the higher end of the various budget Chinese brands (Epomaker, Yunzii, etc.). Keychron's stuff seems a bit higher quality but at a significantly higher price point (their similar board, the Q2 Pro, is on sale for $160 now).

I don't own this specific keyboard, but I've had a 75% wooden one from Womier for a few months and haven't run into any issues. It uses the same switches as the board in this deal, which feel good but I've swapped them out due to my personal preference for heavier linears:

Depends on the models. But Womier makes some that are better than Keychron boards. I'd say this is nicer than the Q Max line which is Keychron's highest tier.
