I usually take 120mg pills of this. Amazon has these 180 x 120mg ones for a little less. But it's a gamble, because they have no reviews.

Me too, 😂. This and Ginseng were all the rage about 25 years ago. They'd sell little packets of the pills at gas station, grocery store counters.

It helped me which surprised me because I've tried so many other supplements that are supposed to help with tiredness. What really works though is Adderall and a cup of coffee. Big Grin
