I got mine about 3 weeks ago but just opened it today, only to find it BSOD'ing and looping infinitely right out of the gate. Anyone experiencing similar problem?
I ordered on the 10th and also got cancelled same day but didn't see/notice the cancel email. It was originally quoted in the purchase email that it would arrive on the 16th. While checking the status on another order, that's when I noticed this order was missing and then searched and found the cancel email.
I contacted support, pissed off, as this is the second time in a couple months that a discounted item got randomly cancelled... Last time was a saw I ordered that somehow got cancelled on the day it was supposed to be delivered! But after arguing with them for a while, claiming they are bait and switching by offering discounts then cancelling and trying to get us to reorder at full price, I eventually got them to offer to refund the difference. What they wanted me to do was order at the current higher price then I could contact them after it's delivered and they would process a refund (this is what they did with the saw... But refund ended up being an Amazon gift card). After agreeing to that and telling them it's still really frustrating having to go through all that just to get what I originally ordered the rep ended up just saying he could instead just send me a gift card for $200 (a little more than the difference between sale price and current price) so I could just order and not have to deal with refund after the fact.
So I ended up being able to order with that gift card which made out of pocket $287 I think. YMMV depending on the standing of your account and the amount of business you do with them. I only contact maybe once a year with a problem... Besides this year when they are doing this often it seems.
Supposed to be delivered today so crossing fingers it's not cancelled again lol.
