Good price, but an inferior quality tape compared to Scotch HD packing tape, IMO. I ordered this tape for a move during the pandemic when my tried and true Scotch HD tape was unavailable. It's thick enough tape with good adhesion, but the plastic dispenser part with the serrated cutting edge left much to be desired. If you look at it wrong the leading starter piece of tape winds back on to the roll, and then you need to get a magnifying glass and a flat razor blade to get it started again. I had good past experience with Duck brand duct tape, so I just assumed their HD packing tape must be comparable to Scotch HD packing tape. It is not.

Seconded! It's nice when the very top reply answers your questions.

The 3M Scotch HD stuff is also my personal standard, all I needed to know was how this compares (apparently inferior).

I'd have to disagree with the initial post on this, I LOVE the Duck brand of packaging tape. I sell online and ship out orders every day and Duck is the ONLY brand that I'll use. Mainly because it's silent. You don't get that riiiiiiiiiip like you do with the Scotch tape. I ship out over 100 packages a day and the Duck brand is absolutely silent. It's also extremely strong. I use this same tape when sending inventory to Amazon when I'm shipping 50lb boxes and have never had an issue with it. I've been using this tape for 16 years now.
Granted, the ones I use aren't exactly like the ones in OP's listing, but I did want to comment on the quality of the Duck brand. Here are the ones that I use:
