Bought a bunch at $7. Used 2. One at the main spiggot, in the sun, over a year no issues. One at the handle, dropped it too many times it broke. Would buy again. A few times I had tried to fill the pool and forgot to turn it off overnight.. this solves that problem every time.

This didn't work at all on my spigot to control my sprinkler.. didn't stop water flow in any position.

But it works great at the end of my 50ft hose to make sure I don't overfill the pond when topping it off. Maybe because of the pressure drop.
