I take this (along with a lot of other medications) on a daily basis, I don't know if it does help with my type 1 diabetes management, but it can't hurt. I like the blends, with a combination of Berberine, Ceylon Cinnamon, and bitter melon... don't know if it helps, but my doctor said the same thing "It couldn't hurt!"

Make sure this doesn't have any negative interactions with other meds you're taking - I know it can increase the effect/side effects of Wellbutrin potentially increasing anxiety. I've also heard to take a few weeks off every couple months due to effects on liver
