This is very true. Before I read this news, I was charged more on my bills due to some tax or other fees. I reached out to customer service to complain, and they offered me a $10 discount for the next six months. Make sure to take screenshots so that you have proof to refer to next month when you talk to them. It seems like T-Mobile is playing games now.

It'll start you on with the AI assistant and just type "cancellation" and then it'll say something about "do you want to talk to a rep" and hit "start"

I didn't even mention a carrier, I just said "other carriers have more competitive rates". I did ask for 12 mos of credits and was denied.

Yes, I was successful per the post above yours with SC. Previously 10gb/line plan, that was upgraded to unlimited data and 10gb hotspot per line.

I don't see an option like that to chat under manage. Even uninstalled and installed the app back..

That's funny. I called and complained about the bill too high for three lines. he slashed it 50% for good. the only thing he took away is Hulu which I don't really care about.

I got $240 credit. $20 for 6 months and on top of that another $10 for 12 months bringing total of credits of $240.
Also they lowered my watch plans from $17 monthly to $7 monthly.
