This is a different phone from the April deal. That deal was for the 2025 version. This is the older 2024 version.

Verizon is trying to nuke the 60 day rule right now. Everyone should file an FCC comment reply by July 21 to push back: https://www.reddit.com/r/verizon/...you_to_do/ - This article says the window has expired, but if you post a comment as a "reply to other comments" (it is on the FCC comment form under comment type) they will still field it.

You can use any mobile number to receive the verification code when you place the order. It does not have to be the same number you will actually port-in when you have your new phone.

Not working with my AT&T sim. Appears that this phone isn't whitelisted for them. Confirmed in setting and customer support that phone is unlocked.

Two days before my 60 days called TW and requested unlock. They created a unlock ticket 20 minutes later it was unlocked. Currently have a Helium network SIM. (T-Mobile network) That free account posted on Slickdeals a while back works without error.

Yes I read somewhere that was correct that this would not work with AT&T even unlocked but will work with AT&T MVNOs

Just set my mom up with her new Motorola Razr. I originally signed up by porting my Google Voice Number, got the phone, set it up, sent daily texts for the full 2 months - the unlock status automatically went to unlocked. I think cancelled the service, and was a tad apprehensive of if it would work because of people reporting issues with AT&T, but so far no issues on AT&T - voice, SMS, MMS, 5G all appear to be working just fine.
