Not a bad price but good luck trying to get something covered under warranty.

Just had my first experience this week- one of my 24v batteries would no longer charge after 2 years and maybe 6-8 months. Found out the warranty was three years, called the hotline, spoke to a guy in the US (or sounded like it at least). He registered my serial number, sent me an email, had me respond with a photo of my Amazon invoice, and I was done after about 15 minutes. With an additional 15 initially spent on hold.

New battery shipment info was sent out the next day. I thought it was excellent warranty service.

I think they are in Canada. What time of day did you call?
