This is the smallest & cheapest Swiss Army knife you can buy that offers a "full-size" knife, scissors, & a real nail tool with file & cleaner tip. My wife has an Evolution 17 (same knife plus a wood saw) in her glove box & it has proved a very handy companion. Perhaps most importantly if you care about these things, the Evolution series is being discontinued, so it's arguably now or never if you want this style.
Note: it's a Wenger design, so it has the sturdier Wenger-style scissors which cut more aggressively but don't open as wide.
Victorinox tools are top-tier. They can survive a lifetime even when mistreated a bit, and Victorinox has amazing warranty coverage and customer service. Highly recomment their stuff if you want a compact, dependable multitool!

Are they discontinuing the evolution s series too ? The knives with the s prefix like evolution s14 have locking blades. Would be sad to see those go as victorinox originally didn't have have smaller knives with locking blades and got them from wenger.
