No, a fridge will draw up to 800 watts. A smaller rv fridge would be around 400-600.
This thing can't even put out that power. Even if it could, it'd last 1/2 hour and it'd be dead. Solar in full sun would extend that by maybe 5 minutes.
You could probably get away with a mini fridge for a day - id still do one of the larger pro models, though.

I have the 768wh version and it powers my year-old 27cu fridge/freezer with no issues for 6+ hours. New fridges often have very efficient compressors - mine draws under 100w under load.
