I have owned Galaxy Z Fold 3 for 3 years now...never going to buy this model again...$2000 value phone is appraised at $200/$300 for trade ins...this shows the true value of this phone. Will only purchase this model if the price is less than $1000. Just not worth it.

I purchased a Z Fold4 (512 GB, Refurbished/Open Box) for $569.35 on Woot in Feb 2024. It looked new. After about 3 months of very limited use, the inner screen stopped working. Thankfully, Samsung repaired it for free (had to bring it to a Samsung shop; got it back after over a week). I still haven't used it much since I have the S24 Ultra (now S25 Ultra).
The Fold7 looks great but it's quite expensive and has low resale value. Fold6 in mint condition sells for as low as $900 on Swappa. S24 Ultra Mint 512GB sells for $729. Someone has listed the same phone unlocked for $954.

I am having the same problem with my fold 4, inner screen stopped working. Did you take it to a physical samsung shop? I took it to ubreakifix they asked for $700 to fix it, sent it to samsung service and they asked for $600 to fix it. How did you get them to fix it for free? was it under warranty?
