After hours with my carrier Xfinity mobile they finally told me the reason I'm not getting enhanced trading value for my devices is because I'm on 4th gen plan so no more good trade deals for me through Xfinity mobile I guess. I ordered s24 plus to trade for $300 off eBay not sure if I should refuse delivery or use to trade somewhere else

my pre tax total for Z Fold comes to $1019 after $800 trade in credit and EDU discount of $180. comes out to $1100.57 after taxes. A Samsung representative says the credit only applies to accessories.

I confirmed with Samsung Representative, there is 5% restocking fee this year and there is no way around it to avoid that.

I have a fold 4 with main screen that turns on briefly and upon fully open will turn off. missed the pre-order promotion.

not sure if mine will be classified as damaged like yours or not.
