This beats the 2 for $3 promotion, where each item would have been $1.50 each.
Edit: I also noticed, for this promotion period, Wendy's got rid of their BOGO biscuit sandwiches (probably in favor of the $1 each) and BOGO croissant sandwiches or even their Croissant sandwich for $2 with any purchase or $1 breakfast biscuit with any purchase. I loved those deals.
The $3 off $15 would make for a good work morning gift to coworkers. I remember I used to do that for all my coworkers at my previous employer. Not many of them would eat them and so I would have some to take home.
For this promotion, the best item for $1 value is going to be the honey butter chicken biscuit. Chicken is expensive!

All, FYI, the email I received for this promotion says limit 5; however, I was able to purchase 6 through the app this morning for $1 each. Not sure how many it will really allow, but I didn't want to push it.

I wasn't aware that McDonald's had discontinued its breakfast all day options. Glad I double-checked before giving wrong information.
