Annual Walmart Apple Watch Stainless Steel deals

Hello.. I've been reading up on annual deals at Walmart for the Apple Watches in stainless steel finish.

I googled it and found some deals over the last couple years. When can I generally expect this deal to drop this year, if at all? And any chance the Series 9 would be included? I'm specifically interested in that for the Stainless Steel as opposed to the Titanium on the latest Series 10
