I understand these have a new manufacturer and aren't made by Kimberly Clark anymore. However, they are still backed by Costco and allow you to return them if you are unsatisfied.

Discounts are by product size, it seems, and vary from $4 off up to $10 off for boxes. Same price in store and online, and free shipping on the site.

Size 1: $4 discount
Size 2: $5 discount
Size 3-6: $10 discount

The quality of these diapers is absolutely awful. They've resorted to giving them out as samples and putting up flyers to try to convince people they're just as good.

Super thin, leak frequently. Would strongly suggest reading the reviews before throwing your money away.

Adding more info to the first post: Kirkland Signature Diapers used to be amazing when they were manufactured by Kimberly-Clark (the company behind Huggies). That's why they've consistently shown up on so many "Best Diapers" lists over the years.
However, as of January 2025, Costco switched manufacturers to First Quality (same company behind Cuties), and unfortunately, the quality has dropped significantlyleaks, rougher materials, weaker tabs, etc.
OP already mentioned the manufacturer switch, but just a heads-up: if you're buying based on older reviews, you might end up wasting time in the Costco return line.

they are fine for the price, you almost pay 1.5 to 2 times. If you are using them for night use, NO, but for day time frequent changes (3-4 time). certainly ymmv, but for this price they are good if not very good like pampers or huggies

Good for a daycare where they change every 2-3 hours. Use good diapers at home

Strongly disagree, and these aren't remotely close to Huggies or Pampers. In addition to their thinness, they've been known to causes rashes on children. Multiple sites that recommend Kirkland have since revoked their recommendation. Everyone at our daycare previously used Kirkland, and since then, everyone has switched to another brand.

These are trash, as are Cuties, who makes them.

I have the old version Huggies version and compared it to the new Cuties version. The Cuties version do not grip the waist well because it does not have the side Velcro-like things on both sides when you pull the tabs over to put the diaper on - if that makes sense. It helps reinforce the grip around the waist. What ends up happening is the Cuties diaper will have a poor grip on the waist, and with a heavy soiled diaper it's hanging on to its dear life. I'm sure it contributed to the diaper leaks. As far as padding goes, it feels more "rougher" by touch than the Huggies version, and purely subjective view, doesn't hold as much pee. From a form shape, the Cuties is longer vertically so it didn't seem to fit as well. Unfortunately we had to switch to the official Huggies because we got tired of cleaning the wetted bed sheets and clothes.

Was recently about to buy Kirkland as Sams had run out of the size I needed but after reading the shocking reviews I stopped.

Yet another reason to hate Costco for removing name brands and replacing with their Kirkland brand, which they can willy-nilly change who manufactures the product but it still says "Kirkland" so you don't know until you buy it and discover it's worse, eroding consumer trust all the while you still pay them a yearly annual fee for the privilege of them maximizing profits at the expense of quality.

Bought a box the other day. I actually like the new diapers. They feel nice and have a nice design on them. No blowouts yet to test how they hold up but so far so good. For the price don't think you can find a better diaper. The reviews are definitely terrible but give them a try before you bag on them!

Kimberly Clark stopped making diapers for other companies, the CEO said they wanted to focus on higher profit margin product lines. Costco didn't ask for the change

My point exactly. When Costco replaces name brand products on their shelves with "Kirkland" branded stuff, you have no idea who is making it, and despite it saying "Kirkland" will it be the same quality as the last time you bought it? There's a reason some people prefer name brands. Costco does choose to regularly remove name brands and replace them with Kirkland brands.

They updated the packaging and placed a sign that these are new designed diapers. They still carry Huggies brand and offer a generous return policy if it doesn't meet your expectations.

You're welcome to return the items if they don't meet your needs and complain to Costco. I've been told they really do care about feedback if they get a bunch of complaints. Trader Joe's, Walmart, Sam's club, Aldi, target, Safeway, Synology all have other folks making their own brands. But rarely do any stores except like rei actually have such a generous return policy
