I would look through the terms of the trade in carefully, including what they mean by any condition. It can include a cracked screen but I would be careful about a phone that doesn't turn on. Also, a phone that is imei black listed is a no-no regardless of condition (like a phone that was financed but was never fully paid off, etc).

US Mobile is better, but running out of time. I pay 22.50 per month on an annual plan unlimited starter.. they now give 70GB data, and get QCI 8 on Verizon as long as I have a 5G device. Agree with you. Even though it allows, I would pick a phone which powers on and shows IMEI. I got one for $60 on ebay with broken screen.

I too bought one will go into store to change the trade-in phone. BTW I received my Zfold 7 today. It is definitely sleeker and infact may be better than holding a ultra heavy weight phone. Only drawback so far is unable to charge it using some of the wireless charges due to the position of the rear cameras Frown

Edit: Tmobile is unable to pull the trade-in, apparently it is only Samsung who could process the trade-in device on behalf of Tmobile. And once an order is placed we cannot change the trade-in device with Samsung. Reps are giving an option of cancel and reorder ensuring the same discounts, I doubt they can do though. Considering the risk in cancel and refunds, I will stick with my original trade-in. Lesson learnt. Finally received the return label and box for the trade-in device and it goes to Tmobile.

Where in the world is it $13? It is $25+ for a Fold on TMobile and $18+ on Samsung. Cost of my phone is after all rebates should be much lower than or just equal to it.

Care Plus is $13/month (without theft) with Samsung (if you are Platinum, which is easy to get).

I am not able to cancel my previous order. Does anyone know Samsung is charging restocking fees for fold phones, even though it is not open? only way to return without a restocking fee is to refuse the package.

Just found out Xfinity mobile won't give me good trading deals since I'm on 4th gen plan so I guess I'll just be buying unlocked phones from now on

The Reserve Promo $100 discount only applies if you ordered through the Samsung Shop app.

Normally with a trade-in, the max discount is $265 ($165 EPP + $100 reserve promo) but it looks like you had a better $300 EPP discount!

Are all EPP accounts same? I have access to EPP account through my employer but I am seeing only $67 discount and not $300 so I am wondering if should DM Sam for a new account.

I would be very careful when ordering a carrier locked phone from Samsung if you have any interest in getting it unlocked down the road. I bought a carrier locked Z6 Flip from them and neither T-Mobile nor Samsung had the ability to unlock the phone. T-Mobile indicated since they didn't sell it the phone was not registered in their system so they could not unlock it. Samsung just keep telling me to ask the carrier to unlock it

I was later able to get it unlocked but it took a lot of effort.
