It's more convenient to get it in bottles already for ease vs going through that trouble. Especially if you're packing this for kids to go lunch, etc..

8oz X 24pk= 192oz total in this pack
192oz/64oz large bottles = 3 large containers
3 containers x $3 =$9 and $15 if it's $5 per container

With the Tropicana orange juice bottles so much higher now I needed a good alternative, something without hfcs. I was already considering it when I noticed it was apple grape instead of just apple, which I like even more. Thanks OP!

No clue what natural flavors are, although it's required to be derived from things that "originate from nature." Ascorbic acid is just vitamin C. Since apple juice usually has bioflavonoids from the fruit, your body should absorb it just as well as if you just ate apples, which has some vitamin C.

I find it weird too, but not all sugars like from HFCS are the same, just like how not all cars with the same amount of cylinders in their engine, but from different brands, will run the same.
