Have you verified it yourself? Apple TV app shows HD as the only option
I'm away from home so it's hard to tell but on my phone it doesn't say HD. I really don't like that the Apple TV app on my phone doesn't say what resolution its' playing in.

The bundle on iTunes is only SD despite both seasons being available separately in HD.
