edit: via bedjet "The temperature you set in cool mode is for regulation. If the set temp is ever higher than the actual temp (i.e. ambient room temp) — either because the room temp drops overnight or because your cool mode setting just happens to be at or slightly warmer than the room — the BedJet will actually kick in with light heating to keep the airflow at your chosen set temp."
I got one of these during the last sale and it's been awesome joy. I grabbed it for the cooling functionality because I'm typically a hot sleeper that likes a lot of cover, and it does a great job cooling the bed down. I would recommend setting a timer on it though because it's really easy to get comfortable and forget it's on and wake up too cold.
I never thought I would ever touch the heating function of it. Once I started using it I realized it's not blasting hot heat, it feels more like a warm summer breeze which is just short of heaven on cold nights.
I'm waiting for a deal on the cloud sheets because I struggle with the single zone vent getting blocked by bedding sometimes.
FYI: If you want two zones that have different temperatures (i.e. Dual zone Cloud sheet), you need two of these BedJet 3's. If you are ok with just one temperature zone, you just get the Single zone Cloud sheet. Max limit for this deal is 2 so just a heads up. I am going to test out my single zone Cloud Sheet with two BedJet 3's to see how strong I can get the airflow (two 3's on 100%) just to experiment.
I bought it at full price a couple years ago, kinda pricey, but once I got it I would have ought one without thinking about it. Works great, highly recommend if you're on the fence or thinking you might want it.

In for one. Ill try and wait for a deal on the sheet. I have done a pretty cool job making my room "hotel room" cold with my fans and windows AC unit.
But we are fixing to enter the really nasty dog days of this Texas summer and I want everything possible to keep me cool.
Have this - feel free to ask me anything. IMO the sheet is a requirement. I'll note that it only lowers the temperature a couple degrees less than your room. So if your room is 70 degrees, the bedjet would be just a tad cooler.
Uhh, what? This isn't an air conditioner, this won't cool below ambient temperature..
I get how having airflow in one's bed would be beneficial (I'm a hot sleeper myself), but this seems like little more than a wildly overpriced fan/heater with a duct.
Am I right to assume this doesn't work for people who like to wrap their feet in the bottom of their blanket/sheet/duvet such that there's blanket on top and bottom of your feet?
