Three hundred sixty-five (365) days must have passed since the device's activation date.
If fewer than 365 days have passed since the device activation date, additional rules apply.
First, the device must have been active on the network for at least 14 days.
Second, EACH line on the account must have at least $100 of refill since the date of device to be unlocked was activated. For example, if there are three lines on the account, there must be at least $300 of refill, with $100 per line, since the device to be unlocked was activated
The first payment at activation, credits, and adjustments do not count towards the refill requirement. Refill amounts that are used to meet the device unlock requirement cannot be transferred to another line or account and must remain on the original account.
