This is a great deal, Costco has 48 count for 14.99 or ~31¢ each, Sam's club 36 for 11.48 or ~32¢, this deal comes out to ~24¢ each.

Just look at the nutritional facts. There's no mystery here. If you want a real alternative, make your own. Limit sugar and fat. Use oats, choice of nuts and dried fruit etc. Make a big batch and freeze the extra bars so they're ready to go
