No, but better home and gardens quality has dropped immensely due to the reasons he stated.
I have a cube shelf that is 7 years old from them. Just bought another one for my basement since we just bought a house. The difference in quality between the two cube shelves is vast. The one from 8 years ago is like a tank and slightly thicker everywhere. The one recently purchased is thinner and already a tad wobbly straight out of the gate. they're currently sitting side by side. wish I could post photos here to show their quality decline.
His point is that the Walmart brands now have to compete with the third party BS on Walmart's own site. it's a race to the bottom, just like Amazon now.
