I have these positioned all over my yard. I meticulously strategically placed all so every square inch of lawn got watered with minimum amount of sprinklers. Been working wonders last several years in this OH heat. It beats putting out a sprinkler head in the lawn and having to position all the time manually. Also with 13,000 sq ft of lawn I didn't have time or money to spend putting in ground system in.Thus I would highly recommend these.

That's kind of what I was thinking. Im in the same boat and don't have the money for inground. I guess I don't see the advantage unless it's just purely having the sprinklers exactly where they need to be already versus moving them around.
