Unfortunately the replacement hotends are, and have always been, on preorder, and the nozzles are not even sold. There are 3rd party offerings on Amazon, but they aren't cheap. Other printer parts aren't available anywhere, notably the original build plates.

You can use Bambu plates you just have to line it up with the front of the plate instead of the back. It's a hair smaller but I've had no issues doing this.

The anecdotal reports I've seen in FB user groups and on Reddit is that the anti-vibration feet can make the overall print quality worse. The cheaper / more effective alternative for vibration damping is to put to put it on top of a 16x16 concrete paver with a 16x16 rubber paver underneath.I went a little overboard on mine and used a rubber paver with 2x concrete pavers on top + a 3"x3" square of thin foam padding in each corner between layers to reduce vibration transfer and adjust for imperfections in the concrete surfaces. (For anyone curious, the foam I used was a roll of stick on molding that I picked up from Temu for free)Note that the foam initially seemed like it wasn't going to work because everything felt more wobbly -- after a few days of letting it sit with some runs of input shaping calibration thrown in to shake things around, though, it's almost completely compacted and feels more secure than it did before.
I have the anti-vibration feet and have had no problems with print quality. I bought the Venice folding desk from athome for $50 and it's standing on carpet. The CC shakes like crazy while printing on it but so far so good. I designed and printed brackets so I could add a shelf to the legs of the desk where I keep some of my filament. I'm new to 3D printing so don't have anything else to compare to but I've had my CC since May and any printing issues I've had have been with trying to print on the smooth side of the plate. I ended up using a CryoGrip plate whenever I need to use a smooth plate.

Anyone using enclosed 5M and also have CC to compare? 5M is so cheap these days at around $150. Nearly 2* 5M for 1* Cc
I have the 5m that is enclosed. It's not a perfect enclosure there's gaps. Without being said, I can still print ABS. With no issue for a reasonable size prints. Haven't tried anything huge.
I ordered the carbon since I'm very impressed with my 5m and heard good things about the carbon.
Let's see how they compare.
oh, I also modded the 5m added lights and in circulating fan

I've also enclosed my 5m. I did it in part to keep dust under control. It keeps dust off the print bed between uses. Not critical but nice anyway.

As for ABS, it certainly can be printed on an open printer. I have a friend who is doing that with his Elegoo helmet sized bed slinger. He puts a large cardboard box over the whole thing. It's not ideal and he did have to put extra effort into his designs to avoid issues. However, most of his parts are large and didn't have fine details so this works for him.

I've been interested in this printer as a possible new printer. I doubt it will be faster or produce better PLA prints vs the 5M. However, if I finally move my printer into an area where I didn't have to worry about outgassing, it might do better with high temp materials.

If you already have the 5M then I don't think this is much of an upgrade unless you really need the bigger build area (but don't need a 300mm build plate) or you need the enclosure. The DIY enclosure really is pretty nice but at $50 in parts/material it puts you really close to the Elegoo price.

Confirm with all the others, this is a great printer. Will be even better when they release their AMS. AMS is def. a game changer, not only for multi-color prints but for spool jams. I've noticed if I get a spool-jam on the CC, it just keeps printing and then I end up with a nice half printed piece. That's more on me for not re-spooling my cardboard spools to plastic.

lucky to try out different printers at work. CC is fine but i still prefer our P1s or X1s. Its a great price point and has the veneer of quality like the P1, but its not really close. My takeaway:
Weird artifacts/wavy lines on about half our prints. Also theres a sharp brim on every print. Tried to tweak elephant/line widths in elegoo and orca slicer to no avail
Loud as f, but about same print speed
Manual controls for certain things are weird
Filament sensor seems a little finnicky to me

Great printer but imo not really a replacement yet for P1's

It has been for me and I was totally new. I'm still quite the novice and have only printed with PLA and PETG. I'm looking forward to using this to work on a Kumiko project soon and am debating getting a second one to halve my print time.

Mine arrived for over a month now, after printing something from easy to hard, I feel this is a pretty solid out of box 3d printer, the auto adjustment works good so I just need to adjust my model with proper position and support to print out without any failure.
FYI, I'm using the default filament profile as well without adjusting the temperature.
The only tip I would like to share out is: try to auto level prior starting any giant printing - you can also select Level on the touchscreen when starting the printing, that will ensure a better outcome.

I'm glad the price is still the same as the pre-order, but now as a pre-orderer I feel like there wasn't much point in pre-ordering at all since it wasn't at a discount.

Mine arrives today, so I am looking forward to trying it out! I'm coming from the original Ender 3 that served me well but required a lot of tinkering.

Dude I got this to be my second printer and figured I will keep my ender 3 clone going since it was still putting out good prints. After two weeks I packed up my other printer and it is sitting under my desk now collecting dust.

I just ordered this as my very first 3D printer. Also got a roll of PETG filament with it. Where do you all 3D experts order your filaments from? Secondly, do I really need the filament dryer? Thanks in advance for any info.

There's always some type of cash back with C1. I got 18% cash back when I ordered the printer and 15% when I ordered some filament a couple of weeks ago. Just add stuff to your cart, but don't check out and wait a day or two for the cash back email offer from C1.

Thanks! Tried it but they sent me a 15% off coupon that excludes the Centuari lol

I just set mine up and printed the benchy, and I was blown away by how fast this thing can print! The Ender 3 is no longer needed in my house.
