These are $27 brand new from Amazon so two for $23 refurbished it's not terrible. But my concern would be the age of the batteries potentially. These were first released 4 years ago so new or used You could be getting something that's been sitting around for a while. Batteries losing capacity whether you've used them or not. In fairness it's reflected in the price but it's a concern.

also I don't really know how you refurbish buds besides maybe cleaning them. making sure they work. maybe throw in a package of new tips or something. not like you can replace the batteries
