For anyone on the fence - I switched about this time last year from Verizon. I would say it's the same if not better coverage (yes, I know it operates on Verizon's network). I travel a lot all over the country and it's pretty good. I buy my phones directly from Apple so I don't know about their phone deals.

Agreed, noticeable. I upgraded and have been with them over a year since switching from Verizon direct, their unlimited plan is on par with VZW I'd say. Their basic was painfully slow in Phoenix area.

Looking at moving a line of unlimited over from Xfinity Mobile but leaning towards US Mobile at this point with their Unlimited Starter plan ($22.50 per month if paid annual) plus you can get the first (3) months for $45 before going monthly $25 or annually for $22.50. Looking at going with Warp on US Mobile (Verizon) as that's what works best for us plus I like the ability to be able to switch to T-Mobile or AT&T if need be. Also US Mobile in increasing their unlimited data to Warp to 70GB from 35GB before they potentially throttle you.

Any thoughts on US Mobile vs Visible as I've never used either but like I mentioned currently on Xfinity Mobile (Verizon) which has served us well.

I've had it for a year and travel a lot. I tether my laptop all the time and no tethering. I must use 50+gb a month. They will prioritize though depending on the load on that tower. Has not been a frequent problem for me.

The biggest issue is customer service is non-existent but once you are setup you're fine. Make sure you have your ducks in a row including the porting of the old number if you need to.

Yes, only for 1st month -- can't prepay

If you have multiple Chase cards then the offer seems to come back each month if you don't use it -- just something to keep an eye on since you could use another Chase card for next month's payment if the offer refreshes next month

Most of my Chase cards and family member's Chase cards have the offer

my boy Stetson Doggett on YouTube (pretty much THE cell phone plan guru) gives the $29 Visible Plus plan very high marks. Can't go wrong with it. Do not get the Base plan, as de-prioritized Verizon is, by far, the worst de-prioritization out of the big 3 networks.

I'm assuming you have an iPhone. If so, the new iOS coming out should come with better call screening. Androids have had this for years, which is why I'm guessing you're on an iPhone.

I am living in big L.A. area and using Visible (basic unlimted) for couple of months .

However, internet mobile is always so bad. Even I just want to use google map to find somewhere or some website to check info only. Not watching video or transfer large files.

Is it normal? I remember long time ago, when visible only have 1 plan around $35. I tried to get iphone deal required 1 or 2 months plan. I used for a while, is it ok comparing to my T-mobile. I assume Visible is Verizon MVNO, should be very good...

Don't know if Basic plan problem or not. If I upgrade to plus or pro, will it become smoothly?
also, I still have a lot $20/per month referral credits. Can I try "Plus" or "Pro" to upgrade or downgrade (if same bad mobile network) still keep those credits each month only pay difference.

I have the base plan and it's working great all the time . I also have the + plan and the only difference is the hotspot speed.

Think twice about using Visible. I have one to 1.4 Meg download with most pages taking about 8 to 12 seconds to load during daytime hours. YouTube stumbles and I have broken voice using Google Voice. Heavy deproritized on 25 plan. Visible was way better at same address years ago. Big NO to pay upfront for 12 month
