Alright, I count on you argumentative, obsessive, nut jobs (no offense) to cut through the marketing and pick apart all the little, tiny details that no one should know anything about like nits, and panels made in Korea and stuff like that. I've been following along on the Frontpage and getting a feel for what is out there and what I want to spend, and when this popped up I was pumped because I thought this hit the right spot. But it didn't even get posted here to get torn apart or anything and now I'm worried it's obviously terrible but I'm not seeing why. I previous version of this went by getting mediocre reviews at this price but this one has 32MB RAM and 5070 instead of 5060 for the same price, so... what am I missing or did this just slip through the cracks? Much thanks.

I went to Microcenter today to take a look at this. HP states 80 watt for the 5070. Nvidia control panel says 90 watt. I haven't seen any reviews so I am hesitant to buy it. Anyone else pick it up?

Can I ask why that matters/what that says about it?

From what I understand the lower a graphics cards TGP or TDP whatever is compared to what the max is will dictate how much power it can draw. A fully powered card would be stronger than one capped at a lower amount. I also read that after a certain wattage the increase becomes somewhat negligible.
For reference, I bought an Acer Helios with a 4060 that had a 140 watt card in it.

I posted in the main thread over this (and other deals from MC). Also unless something has changed it's 1200+ tax not 1100.

The Omen looks solid for the price point. Like a 5070 400 nits, 32 GB DDR5 is all solid for 1200. Not some crazy insane deal, but decent.
