Took me awhile to figure out how to submit for the rebate card.
After you activate, you go to

https://promotions.t-mobile.com/, click start a new submission. Select your phone number for the T-Mobile Gateway and hit the optional Promo Code option, it is 250395. Fill out the information and then after ~10 weeks you get the gift card via text/email.

Affirmative. Hopefully they'll make the same mistake with a primary conductor soon and the problem will work itself out naturally.

I got this exact promotion for the rely plan and modem starting June 16. Works well except for having to reconnect my fire stick to the Wi-Fi literally every single time I turn my TV on. I've tried everything and it will not stay connected. Still have not received my $200 gift card however it has only been 6 weeks. The speed is good for my area. If you don't set up auto pay right when you order service they will not give you the auto-pay discount on your first bill, even if you sign up for it before the bill hits. Not especially crazy about their customer service but for $40 a month it's decent. Update: got my $200 rebate card for the rely plan after 8 weeks.

wondering whats the speed difference between the Rely and All-in plan is
You have to click on "broadband facts" for the speeds. For the 50, 60 and $70 plans they all have the same listed speed range:

Typical Download Speed
133 – 415 Mbps (5G)
Typical Upload Speed
12 – 55 Mbps (5G)
Typical Latency
16 – 28 ms
Data Included with Monthly Price
Unlimited
Charges for Additional Data Usage

Ok, but how much is the actual plan? That might be useful information.
There are 3 plans

50/mo
60/mo
70/mo

You get $15 voice line discount if have TMo mobile service as well. Plus $5 auto pay discount.

So it would be 30, 40, and 50 after the discounts.

With 70/mo plan, u get free hulu (with ads) and paramount+ subscription

Requires 60 days of service, so 2months.

$200 MC after $50/mo*2mo so a net $100 gain (before taxes and fees)
$300 MC after $60/mo*2mo so a net $180 gain (before taxes and fees)

Even at the same speeds, it would be more worthwhile to spend the extra $20 for the $60/mo plan for an extra $80 MC

I had an mobile account in the past but I am no longer an active customer. As soon as I provide me information to create account, the website says looks like I have an account and ask me to sign in. But when I sign in, it ask me to link a tmobile number which I don't have. Would anyone know how to deal with this situation?

If I read I could probably figure this out...

Maybe someone already knows / someone will have the same question: Can you order the $60/mo one, get the $300 and then change to the $50/mo plan?

I want the plan long-term.

The T Mobile 5G home internet box will do automatic updates around 3am from your local tower. It's random and rare when it happens. T-Life app allows you to reboot the box remotely. I recommend unplugging the power source once a week for five minutes. I think there has been a couple times the auto updates didn't fully materialize until then. If you have any speed issues, unplug. Let it reset with the tower.

$55 a month for service on this deal. A lot of us got it at $30 a month in the years past. Just an FYI

If you do get this I recommend writing to them to say you don't agree to all the terms and conditions. You still get the money and you don't waive all your rights away for perpetuity.

did you want to elaborate on that or is this comment simply here for the 'IFKYK' Slickdealers?
