Took me awhile to figure out how to submit for the rebate card.
After you activate, you go to

https://promotions.t-mobile.com/, click start a new submission. Select your phone number for the T-Mobile Gateway and hit the optional Promo Code option, it is 250395. Fill out the information and then after ~10 weeks you get the gift card via text/email.

Affirmative. Hopefully they'll make the same mistake with a primary conductor soon and the problem will work itself out naturally.

I got this exact promotion for the rely plan and modem starting June 16. Works well except for having to reconnect my fire stick to the Wi-Fi literally every single time I turn my TV on. I've tried everything and it will not stay connected. Still have not received my $200 gift card however it has only been 6 weeks. The speed is good for my area. If you don't set up auto pay right when you order service they will not give you the auto-pay discount on your first bill, even if you sign up for it before the bill hits. Not especially crazy about their customer service but for $40 a month it's decent. Update: got my $200 rebate card for the rely plan after 8 weeks.

Does the gateway have a mic port for me to plug my router into? I'd like to not redo all my smart devices' internet connections
I received their new router which was launched few weeks back. That one have a ethernet output. I connected my router to that ethernet and did not have update any device

I wonder if you can take this on the go. Let's say you want to put this in your car and have Internet with you for your tablets and laptops. Is that possible?

How is the speed and reliability of these type of 5G internet services? Anyone used this or Verizon 5G home internet can share their experience? Thank you. Our local internet providers keep increasing price.

I did with my TP-Link Deco mesh (using Ethernet backhaul between nodes). I unplugged the Ethernet input of the Deco main node from the old router and plugged it into the T-Mobile gateway. It worked fine and I didn't have to do anything else.
However, I didn't stay with T-Mobile long because of congestion making Netflix stuttered around 8PM.

It depends on the location. I was 1 mile from the tower, and got 4 bars with 300 down about 50 up most of the day until dinner time then 10 down or less. It was ridiculous so I went back to Xfinity after 3 months.

Whatever you do don't do what I did and scan the QR code that says start here. You'll order another one without realizing what you're doing and have two plans and another box sent to you.

Similar situation here. I can get 600-800+ for most of the day and late night but in the evening it is so slow regular webpages take a while to load. I'm 0.6 miles away from the tower.
