Mine was delivered the other day and so far it works fine.

Had an issue to start though: To start the coffee maker, you're supposed to life the lid, put the coffee in, close, and then the coffee size buttons are supposed to blink. Instead of blinking, they were solid.

Looking it up, behind the coffee pod drip area, on the back right side, there's a rubber coated button that you can press down on. Apparently this button is what detects that the unit is closed. This button can get stuck, especially on new units. Press it manually with your finger repeatedly.

You'll know it's working when it makes a clicking sound; if it's silent you still need to keep pressing it repeatedly to loosen it. Even after getting it to click, I'd press it another 20 times to make sure it's loose.

afaik this is a discontinued model, and the coupons in the box expired in 2024. These have been sitting for a long time so that's the issue.
