Been 2 weeks since return was received by them - status showing "returned". No refund. Sent emails and submitted requests - not a peep from their customer service. Charge is still on my card. I'm thinking about disputing now.
Hands down the XM6s are the best headphones i've used.

I bought the recent refurb XM5 earbuds from this seller. About a week after receiving them they stopped working. I started the return process and the seller accepted the return. The following day I was in an accident and ended up in the hospital almost 3 weeks. By the time I was released and was capable of getting around on my own, the return window had expired (by 5 days). I explained the situation to the seller but he refused to accept the return. So I had to eat the cost on a bad product. Just sharing my experience with others.

I also almost guarantee if you sent it in time they would still find a reason to deny your return!

I suspect that some of these headsets might not be good enough for 2 year warranty commitment. If half the customers don't figure the problem in 90 days or problem doesn't recur in 90 days, it will work out well for the seller.
It could also be that they are promoting their website but more difficult to see this as the reason.
