$299 online, but clearanced at $269 at my store. Nice find. Much better than the "25% off list price!" with most of the crap post by others recently.

A home depot employee told me that they will lower the price if clearance items don't sell, he said when you see .00 that is the lowest it will go. This being 269.10 means it will go lower, if it was 269.00 then that is the lowest price.

I purchased one of these and love it. Battery lasts a long time. I'll pull this out before using any one of my Husqvarna chainsaws for sawing up anything 8" or smaller.

I've used it on larger than 8" as well. Works great.

I got tired of looking for a deal on this thing. I gave up and decided to get the DeWalt instead. I'm happy. I wish I had gotten it last year when it came with the forge battery for a better price. It's so much easier to grab one of these things to trim back trees than to grab the bigger heavier chainsaws. It doesn't feel like it's a lot of work when using one of these.

Been looking for a sale on this very saw with a battery and charger. Went to the Fuquay Varina NC location and indeed it was $269. Thank you!

This is incorrect. When a price ends in .03, that is the last price reduction before it gets pulled from the shelf and processed as an RTV/RMA. The .03 signifies ≤3 weeks remaining before this occurs. Before this, it will drop to .06 (≤6 weeks until it's zeroed out and pulled), so you will have an idea of how close something is to getting to its lowest markdown price.

Great tool, I have my own collection of milwaukee tools, but unless you have a specific reason for THIS tool, I would recommend the Ryobi brushless 8" at much lower cost: https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI.../328174135

I don't know how or why this deal got buried. The lowest sale price for the tool-only has been $230 so it's like getting a 6AH battery for $40 with the tool at the lowest price it's been. I scooped one up today, it wasn't on a clearance end cap or anything just in the aisle with all the yard tools locked in a cage and hard to find. My local store had 10 in stock at the $269. I used one of those $10 off $200 in-store coupons they occasionally email and a $25 pro reward, $235 out the door for me. Thanks OP.

Time to prune some apple trees.

I cut down the only "big" tree I have on my 3/4 acre property, which was a nasty crabapple.

I just picked this up an hour ago and already cut down so much!!!

I bought the trimmer (non-quick lock) and the blower……. so the quick-lock tree trimmer attachment is all I needed but I wasn't setup for it, so waiting on a sale for this. So glad I bought it. Was hoping for a sawzall type thing in m18 but this will do
