Although the title references a 4-pack due to inherited parent listing details, you will only receive 2 items. I previously purchased a 4-color version for $9, but that listing has since been removed. Exercise caution before purchasing.

Subsidized by the Chinese government to get them in hands of as many US residents as possible. Then track movements of critical unsuspecting US residents such as scientists, spies, lawmakers, etc. Any data is better than no data for China.
