I buy 32 oz size and freeze it in ice cube trays to use as needed.

My mom complains of throwing out unused stock, I KEEP telling her to freeze some and she looks at me like I am being ridiculous. I might buy her a bespoke ice cube tray and lie saying its made especially for freezing broth.

If she'll just try it once, she'll see how easy it is! And no more wasting it, cubes thaw out quickly. Good luck with that.I also freeze some in small containers, 4 oz and 8 oz.
