these are actually really nice and one of the only decent air freshener devices that seems to last. I've tried the other plugins, they start off good but never last.this is a plug in model, seems to go on sale very regularly ($5) so it's not an amazing price. benefits over the wall plugs are that those tend to destroy your walls.. these don't (since it's corded), benefits over the battery ones are that those often turn on/off, so you get either a puff or smoke or the aerosol spritz, these are quiet and without any visuals. The plugins last a decent amount of time.

you couldn't have said it any better and we feel exactly the same. these are the only ones we've found that actually stand the test of time. they have a 1-3 setting for smell level and a boost button on top when you want more too. for us the tide one is one of the best scents
