I got the 8inch and I love it. You do have to season it though. If this was 12" I would bite. 10 just isn't big enough. 8 isn't either but. I already have the 8. Actually I might just get this one too… MS is quality stuff. I love it

This is made in China just so you are aware and cooking on it will flake off whatever silicone they have placed on there before you actually start cooking with a carbon steel later

You are saying the pre seasoning is silicone? That sounds gross. Also, was unaware it was made in china, though not sure that would change anything about the quality.
