It's too bad the different colors are also different hardware. 16GB is beige, 32GB is gray.

If u want just a web browsing machine go for it, if u are gonna use it for anything remotely related to coding and high end productivity like adobe suite, stay away from ARM on windows.

For those two activities that you listed, you'll have RAM as your bigger bottle neck then the processor.
