I was thinking how long ago was that. In the past when I received a defective item they refunded me and was advised to throw it out and not to send it back.

The problem is access. This will fit almost anywhere a regular ratchet will.

Great little tool, use it for working on my truck all the time. Also doubles a a weaker right angle wrench, just get a 3/8x1/4" magnetic bit.

edit: this is a non-fuel ratchet. there's a similar fuel version. also. there's no warranty on tools purchased from Amazon guys. wait for a home depot deal if you plan to buy

Watch out cause woot/amazon ships these with just the Milwaukee box and slaps a label on it. Mine arrived all beat up to hell.

I got mine last week. And same as another person stated. Item is either used, or a used return. Mine was missing the instruction manual and the Milwaukee sales flyer with the QR contest code. I've reached out to Milwaukee to get the SN history. I'm done with Woot. This was the 3rd buy from them that has has some sort of BS issue. Not to mention Woot's customer service, third party email/call center is just garbage.

Not sure why you're getting down voted, but I have the Gen 1 of this and you absolutely can use it to break loose bolts with the body (not batt) and then run it off with the ratchet. Obviously not for suspension or load bearing bolts. This saves so much ratcheting time for things like radiator bolts and things around the engine bay where swing distance is limited.
