One of the worse soles you can buy if you have a tendency to roll your ankle because of a prior sprain injury. I had VaporMaxes and they're known as Ankle Breakers for a reason: https://www.reddit.com/r/Nike/com..._breakers/

I normally fully agree that Nike runs narrow. However, these are Flyknit, so for me, I didn't have to go a half size up. Also, the show is comfortable but because the sole is not flat across the entire surface, it isn't as stable and sometimes I feel foot fatigue after wearing it for long periods. Overall, a very comfortable shoe with those caveats and for this price- it's a great deal!

I rmemeber fly knit racers they said even go down .5 size. unique shoe design and material, but reminded me of bowling shoes and not too sturdy
