I have the previous generation and broke in the middle of vacation after about 10 uses in 4 months. Lisen has already discontinued the model and hasn't replied to the warranty request.

Maybe contact Amazon and ask them to replace /refund since it's under a year. Tell them you've already contacted the seller.
