There's a 2TB Kingston for $130 that has a little better endurance.

Endurance is... kinda not really important.
640 TBW vs 440 TBW, both drives have a 5 year warranty, so 1826 day warranty.
640TBW/2TB=320 DW. 320 DW/1826 days = 0.175 drive writes per day, or roughly 350 GB of writes per day.
440TBW/2TB=220 DW. 220 DW/1826 days = 0.120 drive writes per day, or roughly 241 GB of writes per day.
In what usage scenario for a m.2 2230 drive are you actually writing 241 GB of data a day?

I just bought this for a Legion Go. I had the WDBlack 1tb 2230 drive too but it was too small. I did some benchmarks and the WD Black hit 70c regularly and 88c in a bench mark and was throttling at 1.4GB/s writes. The P310x never went past 58c and benchmarked at writing up to 5.9gb/s. Granted I didn't have a heat spreader on either of them at the time. I did put the WD black in my desktop pc with a heat spreader and it did not throttle but was still at 70c. It maxed at 3.3gb/s writes but that's cause I only have pci gen3 on my PC.

Anyone up on specs know how this would perform as a Steam Deck drive? I used to know this stuff, but I'm rusty.
