- The cellphone was activated with Verizon Value service by purchasing and redeeming an airtime plan on that specific phone ("Activation")
- For all cellphones Activated prior to November 23, 2021 on any carrier network and all cellphones Activated on the T-Mobile or AT&T networks on or after November 23, 2021, the cellphone will be remotely unlocked upon customer request after twelve (12) months of active paid service.
- For all cellphones Activated on the Verizon network on or after November 23, 2021, the cellphone will be remotely unlocked automatically 60 days after paid Activation and 60 days of paid active service.

Is the 20 plan the 19.99 non smart phone one with 60megs of data for 3 months?
I saw that same deal on Tracfone's site. I wasn't 100% certain if it would work so I ended up getting what looks like the same deal: $19.99 for 60 mins of talk, text, and data for 90 days from Best Buy and it activated. I believe others have bought it from Target and it activates too. Now I'm just waiting to see if the phone unlocks after 60 days.
